RadZen Interchange receives DICOM images sent via DICOM Send from your x-ray PC and can either upload the image into Cliniko or export the image to a file format of your choice.

If an error occurs whilst handling the image, a notification email will be sent to nominated recipients with a copy of the image attached to be processed manually.

It runs on Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 10 so it can be installed on your x-ray PC (if doing so does not void warranty), on a server/dedicated PC.

A Docker image is also available which can be run on NAS devices that support Docker containers.

Cliniko Integration

• received images are converted to JPEG format and uploads them to Cliniko
• images are matched against patient records in Cliniko either by Patient ID or by Name/Birth Date/Sex

File Export

• Supported file formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, DICOM
• Optionally export a metadata text file.
• Exported filename and path can include values from the DICOM metadata, such as Patient ID, Study Date, Patient Name, etc.
• Exported files are automatically cleaned up after a configurable number of days.

Atlas integration

Send images into Atlas by exporting the images in JPEG format along with a metadata file.
