All RadZen software products come with a 12 month warranty. Any defects reported during this period will be repaired free of charge.

PacsOne Server products are supported by PacsOne directly. An Annual Technical Support Option must be purchased to receive free unlimited upgrades to the software during the 12-month support period.

All other ad-hoc support requests requiring more than 15 minutes to resolve will incur charges at an hourly rate of AUD100.00 per hour (ex. GST). You will be requested for approval to proceed should this be the case.
